Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Facility Manager. The Facility Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensure equipment and infrastructure maintenance, coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless service delivery, and supervise facility staff. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, budgeting, and addressing facility-related issues promptly to maintain high-quality operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in facility operations management, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight
Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance regulations, and resource optimization
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets, multitask, and prioritize projects effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working in facility management, property management, or a similar domain
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for facility and administrative operations is preferred
