Job Description

Job Purpose:

To supervise a variety of personnel actions and direct a work force to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner, building maintenance operation & equipment inventory control.

Departments in Scope:

1) Housekeeping -

2) Security & Transport.

3) Food and beverage.

4) Infrastructure -

Job Responsibilities:

• Provision of high level administrative support involving efficient management of office equipment, communication instruments, Engineering/maintenance housekeeping, security, office automation.

• Planning & budgeting the administration expenses and working towards minimizing the operational expenses/ costs. Managing cash operations on Imprest system basis.

• Managing AMCs and CMCs for equipment/ machineries and updating on scheduled with follow ups from OEM.

• Associating new vendors & coordinating with them for accomplishing the desired supplies on time.

• Organizing travel, accommodation and conference/ presentation/ coordinating with co workers for official get together / parties etc.

• Liaising with external agencies/ Govt. departments for seamless operations.

• Handling of correspondence, management of document flow etc.

• Verifying & processing bills for payment of the outsourced/ contracted jobs.

• Handling & executing new site projects and coordinating with Architects, contractors, vendors and Consultants.

• Handling & Managing Emergency breakdowns and maintaining of equipments (DG, HT & LT Breakers, UPS, lifts, Bio medical equipments, Air compressor, vacuum pump, PHE system, HVAC and VRF system fire system) at cloud nine and fertility. With bench staff of 07 members.

• Preparing and handling preventive maintenance, A check, B check, daily, Weekly, monthly, Half yearly and yearly MMR and training for all my team for all equipments.

• Submitting monthly report for DG consumption (B from) to Electrical inspector office.

• Sending monthly MIS report to accounts department (water, Electrical, HSD).
