Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Handle current open requisitions needs as per accountability Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications by relevant knowledge, skills/aptitude and experience. Stakeholder management coordination with hiring/interview managers for job requirements and interview schedule Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as per Interview Managers requirement Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Manage various social media or job boards to build talent pool Ensure employment branding is handled Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Organize and/or attend campus/job fairs or any other events Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports and metrics as per requirement
