Job Description

Job Purpose: Responsible for assisting in all areas of a marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution. Job Responsibilities: Develop an integrated, creative communication program from existing and new platform. Leverage consumer insights to develop brand and product positioning and benefit ladder frame work. Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans (managing both existing and new ones) involving work with AD-Agencies and PR-Firms to help communicate the plans from time to time. Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable plans, in alignment with the companys business objectives. Communication’s guidelines, development and maintenance of all image, product shots, illustrations and icons. Ongoing competitive positioning, spend analysis and reporting. Develop and implementing brand review process to ensure alignment across all areas of the organization on Brand standards and expression. Extensive Market Research that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand. Other Skills, which includes: Accountability Service orientation (Internal) Cognitive Skills (Critical Thinking/Decision Making/ Problem Solving/Planning/Organizing/Reflective Thinking/ Assertiveness/ Self Directed learning)
