Facility Manager (Softservices)
Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues for the facility
Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls
Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints, Keep stock of all consumables
Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the FM
Performs additional job duties as requested
Adhere to the Client procurement procedures
Provide overall services in accordance with Client standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity
Ensure 100% statutory & labor compliance
Drive cost savings through proper implementation of SOPs
Control attrition; identify potential; address employee grievances
Excellent Execution skills
People Management skills
Problem Solving and escalation handling skills
Any degree or Hotel Management is preferred .
