Job Description

Soft Services Management:

Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and front office services.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics across the property.
Ensure all service providers adhere to SLAs and KPIs.

Vendor and Staff Supervision:

Manage outsourced vendor contracts and relationships.
Monitor vendor performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
Lead, train, and supervise facility staff for efficient daily operations.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and corporate stakeholders.
Handle tenant complaints, requests, and feedback with professionalism.
Conduct regular inspections and service reviews.

Technical Oversight:

Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure systems (HVAC, elevators, electrical, plumbing) operate efficiently and safely.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety drills, audits, and compliance reviews.
Maintain necessary documentation as per local regulations and company policies.

Budget & Reporting:

Prepare facility budgets and monitor expenses.
Submit regular reports on operations, vendor performance, incidents, and audits.
