🏓 Job Title: Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager📍 Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi 🕒 Timings: Shift 1: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (A split-shift model may be considered based on performance) 🧑‍💼 About DinkIt Delhi is the city’s newest premium rooftop pickleball venue with 3 pro-level courts, and music-driven atmosphere. We're looking for energetic, people-first individuals to manage day-to-day court operations and deliver top-tier customer experiences. 📝 Key Responsibilities Manage court reservations and daily schedules using the Hudle app Deliver exceptional in-person and digital customer interactions Coordinate check-ins, session transitions, and court readiness Upsell multi-session packages, private bookings, and café offerings Maintain accurate daily sales records and basic bookkeeping Ensure high standards in facility cleanliness, lighting, equipment, and ambience Handle feedback, escalate issues when needed, and maintain smooth customer flow Assist in event hosting and community building efforts 🎯 What We're Looking ForAge: 22–28 years Energetic, proactive, and people-friendly personality Strong spoken English and Hindi communication skills Familiarity with sports facilities / hospitality is a plus Comfort with basic digital tools (Hudle, Razorpay, WhatsApp, Excel) Experience using Hudle or managing a pickleball/badminton/tennis venue is a BIG plus Willingness to work early morning / late night shifts as per schedule 💼 Bonus Points For:Past experience as a sports club manager or shift supervisor Comfort with Instagram/WhatsApp updates and light social engagement Ability to manage small teams (facility boys, café coordination) 💰 Compensation Competitive monthly salary based on experience Performance bonuses on sales and customer retention Free access to courts during off-peak hours 📩 How to Apply: Send your resume + 2–3 lines on why you'd be a great fit to: 📧 dinkitdelhi@gmail.com 📱 Or message us on Instagram: @dinkitdelhi
