Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital facility to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Manage maintenance of infrastructure, medical equipment, and utilities.
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and support staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts related to facility management.
• Support the clinical team by ensuring that the environment meets the needs of psychiatric and de-addiction care.
• Implement policies and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, biomedical equipment maintenance, and hospital regulations.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
