Facilities Specialist

As an Engineering Fresher with a degree in Electrical or Instrumentation, you have an exciting opportunity to join as a TL Facilities for a store based out of Bhopal. Here is a detailed overview of what the role entails: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for the upkeep of automated equipment, infrastructure, and resources. Your primary focus will be on adhering to compliances, executing contracts with service providers, and ensuring timely delivery as per SLA to contribute to overall profitability and achieve company objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate CM & PM activities, review faults daily, and assist in electrical safety audits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Upkeep automated equipment, infrastructure, and resources - Adhere to compliances and execute contracts with service providers - Deliver as per SLA to contribute to profitability - Coordinate CM & PM activities as per schedule - Review and address faults on a daily basis - Assist in electrical safety audits and ensure statutory compliance - Certify and provide clearance to vendor invoices - Conduct stores audits and participate in HOTO activities - Establish and implement safety systems and processes on-site - Review vendor performance and address business team grievances - Schedule necessary training plans for the onsite team - Coordinate installation and manage equipment upkeep to meet health & safety standards - Review utilities consumption and minimize costs - Monitor inventory of office supplies and assets - Supervise facilities staff and external contractors - Control activities like parking space allocation and waste disposal - Plan and implement preventive maintenance **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to adhere to compliance and execute contracts effectively - Good communication and coordination skills - Knowledge of electrical safety audits and statutory compliance - Experience in vendor management and facilities maintenance If you are passionate about facilities management, compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency, this role is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of the company.,
