Facilities Specialist

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineering Fresher joining as a TL Facilities for the store in Agra, your primary responsibility will be to upkeep automated equipments, infrastructure, and resources. You will also be required to adhere to compliances, execute contracts with service providers, and ensure the delivery as per SLA to contribute to overall profitability and achieve company objectives. Coordinating CM & PM activities, reviewing faults, and ensuring timely actions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will participate in audits, safety systems establishment, training plans, and vendor performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Upkeep automated equipments, infrastructure, and resources - Adhere to compliances and execute contracts with service providers - Deliver as per SLA to contribute to overall profitability - Coordinate CM & PM activities as per the 52-week calendar - Review and take appropriate action against faults daily - Ensure minimum TAT for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical faults - Assist in electrical safety audit and provide audit reports - Certify and provide clearance to vendor invoices - Perform store audits and participate in HOTO activities - Establish and implement safety systems and processes on-site - Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs - Monitor inventory of office supplies and assets - Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors - Control activities like parking space allocation and waste disposal - Plan and implement preventive maintenance for AMC planning and utility maintenance Qualifications Required: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory - Base CTC can go up to 4.4 LPA plus variable, applicants must be comfortable with this budget - Candidates from all genders, ethnicities, and groups are encouraged to apply (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
