Job Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred. DESIGNATION Assistant Manager (Technical) CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Extensive experience in property/facility operations, team management, and hands-on maintenance work. Strong understanding of safety regulations, regulatory compliance, and facility management software. Effective communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Skills in budgeting, vendor management, maintenance scheduling, and project coordination. KEY OPERATIONS AREA Preventive and reactive maintenance execution and record-keeping. Budget management and expense control to optimize property value. Vendor relations—for procurement and contract negotiation. Tenant relations—ensuring occupant satisfaction through prompt service. Compliance audits, emergency preparedness, and sustainability practices. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and organizational skills, aiming to maintain property standards, maximize operational efficiency, and ensure tenant/client satisfaction at all times.
