Job Description

A Security Guard Supervisor in a call center environment in Malad West, Mumbai, is responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and assets. This role requires a commitment of 12-hour shifts, working 26 days a month with Sundays off. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Management: Oversee a team of security guards, ensuring they adhere to company policies and perform their duties effectively. Security Operations: Monitor surveillance systems, conduct regular patrols, and manage access control to prevent unauthorized entry. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities when necessary. Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their security concerns and providing regular updates. Reporting: Document incidents and provide detailed reports to management, suggesting improvements to existing security measures. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 Years Previous experience in security supervision Working Conditions: Schedule: 12-hour shifts, totaling 30 days per month with Sundays off.
