Facilities Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Hyderabad. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of office spaces, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage vendor and contractor relationships. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing facility management processes, supervising maintenance staff, optimizing resource utilization, and addressing tenant needs promptly and professionally.

• Strong understanding of facility management principles, operations, and best practices
• Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise maintenance staff and vendors
• Experience in operations like budgeting, planning, and implementing maintenance schedules
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and building regulations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using facility management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior working experience in a facilities management role, preferably in commercial real estate or office space management
