Job Location Ahmedabad



About the Role



Look after and govern the Existing and Upcoming Facility at HO and across all sites of Gujarat & Odisha.



Responsibilities



  • End to end solutions of management of facilities & infrastructures pertaining to Guest House, Plant Canteen, Bachelor Hostel, pantry services, Meetings, Functions, Get-together, Events etc.
  • Adequate Knowledge of Menu Planning, varieties of Services and Housekeeping Procedures being adopted at various industries.
  • Preparation and projection of Budget Vs expenses and control on Budget management and submit MIS to CFM/Management.
  • Month wise MIS preparation of Sites, analyze the same submit to CFM & Management.
  • Strict Adherence of exiting SOPS and introduction of SOPs wherever required in facilities department.
  • Supervise and monitor day to day Housekeeping of HO and upcoming cafeteria on daily basis.
  • Organize and supervise the VIP Visits, Events and functions and board meeting at HO as and when required.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives in the Facilities department.
  • Adequate knowledge on RFP procedures, Issuance of Work order to agencies as and when required.
  • Introduce the digital methodology of functioning of facility department wherever required.
  • Must be acquainted with the best practices of facility management and trend at other industries and the exploring the best Vendors from the market.
  • Should be self-driven, motivated, good communicator and proactive in his function and approach.
  • Willing to Travel frequently to observe and maintain the site readiness all the time.
  • He must be closely work with CFM to understand the existing and upcoming facilities, the practices and procedures of Facility Department and the organization.



Qualifications



  • Any Graduate from reputed university with 3 Years Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering and applied Nutrition from University and Institute of repute
