Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Manager located in Noida. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of the workspace. Daily tasks include managing facility operations, coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing space utilization.

Qualifications

• Facilities Management, Operations Management, and Safety Compliance skills
• Project Management and Budgeting skills
• Experience in coordinating repairs and maintenance activities
• Knowledge of space planning and utilization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
