Job Description

  • Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, operation, and management of a facility to ensure its optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and monitor the performance of all service providers to the building(s).
    • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental maintenance, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee electrical, engineering, public utilities, security, and concierge services.
    • Coordinate scheduling, purchasing, inventory, service contracts, and purchase orders.
    • Provide general administrative support in the operation of the facility.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Requires technical or specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to perform tasks according to established procedures.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
