Job Description

Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, operation, and management of a facility to ensure its optimal functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the performance of all service providers to the building(s).
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental maintenance, and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee electrical, engineering, public utilities, security, and concierge services.
Coordinate scheduling, purchasing, inventory, service contracts, and purchase orders.
Provide general administrative support in the operation of the facility.

Skills and Qualifications:

Requires technical or specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education or equivalent experience.
Ability to perform tasks according to established procedures.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
