Facebook Ads Manager

with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in strategizing, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ROI through paid social campaigns, managing budgets, and scaling performance for D2C/e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).
• A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-converting ads.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Meta Ads Management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid social budgets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
