About the Job

> We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. You’ll play a key role in acquiring quality leads/customers, improving conversions, and scaling performance campaigns to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.
• Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Analyze performance data regularly and prepare insightful reports to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS, or lead-gen-based businesses.
• Knowledge of email automation tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Hubspot.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
