Job Title: Meta Ads Performance Specialist

Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Department: Marketing / Growth
Industry Preference: Ayurveda, FMCG, D2C (Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads–focused Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, and scale ROI-driven Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with D2C/e-commerce brands, preferably in Ayurveda, FMCG, or health & wellness.

Key Responsibilities
1️ Meta Ads Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
  • Build full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
  • Manage prospecting, retargeting, and custom/lookalike audiences
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining ROAS and CAC targets

2️ Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets with ROI focus
  • Track and improve key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
  • Identify underperforming ads and take corrective action quickly

3️ Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team for:
  • Ad copies
  • Static creatives
  • Video/reels concepts
  • Suggest data-backed creative angles and hooks
  • Guide creatives based on performance insights

4️ Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor performance via Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics
  • Ensure Meta Pixel is properly set up and firing correctly
  • Share weekly & monthly performance reports with clear insights
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion journeys

5️ Market & Competitor Research

  • Track competitor ad strategies and creatives
  • Stay updated with Meta policy changes, algorithm updates & trends
  • Test new ad formats and scaling strategies

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 4–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics & scaling logic
  • Experience managing e-commerce / Shopify / website-based campaigns
  • Solid analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge of:
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion tracking
  • Basic funnel optimization

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Ayurveda, FMCG, health & wellness, or D2C brands
  • Understanding of consumer psychology in natural/health products
  • Marketplace ads experience (Amazon/Flipkart) is a plus
