Company : Digital Empress Salary : ₹9,000/month (Starting) Type : Part-Time / Freelance (Performance-based growth) About the Role : We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Meta Ads Expert who can strategize, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram and also handle basic social media content posting . The ideal candidate knows how to turn clicks into conversions and make brands stand out online. Key Responsibilities : Meta Ads Management (Primary Role) Plan, create & manage paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Conduct audience research and interest targeting Write ad copies & suggest creatives Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROI Run A/B tests and track conversion events via Meta Pixel Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights Social Media Handling (Secondary Role) Schedule posts and stories on Instagram & Facebook Maintain page hygiene (bio, highlights, pinned posts) Coordinate with design/editorial team for content Reply to comments, DMs (basic level) Track page engagement metrics weekly Who We’re Looking For : Min. 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ad Campaigns Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & funnel creation Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook content formats Knows tools like Meta Business Suite, Ad Manager, Canva, etc. Good communication & reporting skills Basic knowledge of trends and visual branding Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses Interest in luxury, beauty, health, or personal branding niches Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing or email funnels Screening Questions (Must Answer): Have you run campaigns with a budget over ₹10,000?
