Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads ecosystem , including campaign setup, pixel integration, retargeting strategies, audience building, budget management, performance analysis, and A/B testing. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram via Meta Ads Manager Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and ROAS Conduct competitor research and market analysis Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for ad creatives Manage and set up Meta Pixel and conversion APIs Monitor ad performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and audience segments Stay updated with the latest Meta ads trends, algorithm updates, and policy changes Troubleshoot ad disapprovals or account issues with Meta support when required Requirements: Minimum 6 months of practical experience in Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of campaign objectives, placements, bidding strategies, and budgets Familiarity with Business Manager , Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Ads Reporting Ability to interpret performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and optimize accordingly Experience with dynamic ads, catalog setup, and e-commerce ad campaigns (optional but preferred) Good communication skills and analytical mindset Strong time-management and attention to detail Preferred Tools & Skills: Meta Business Suite Canva / Adobe for creative feedback Google Analytics / GA4 (Basic understanding) WhatsApp API / Lead automation tools (like Zapier, Pabbly, etc.) Shopify / WooCommerce (If applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
