Facebook Ads Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads ecosystem, including campaign setup, pixel integration, retargeting strategies, audience building, budget management, performance analysis, and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram via Meta Ads Manager
• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and ROAS
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for ad creatives
• Manage and set up Meta Pixel and conversion APIs
• Monitor ad performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and audience segments
• Stay updated with the latest Meta ads trends, algorithm updates, and policy changes
• Troubleshoot ad disapprovals or account issues with Meta support when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of practical experience in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, placements, bidding strategies, and budgets
• Familiarity with Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Ads Reporting
• Ability to interpret performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and optimize accordingly
• Experience with dynamic ads, catalog setup, and e-commerce ad campaigns (optional but preferred)
• Good communication skills and analytical mindset
• Strong time-management and attention to detail

Preferred Tools & Skills:

• Meta Business Suite
• Canva / Adobe for creative feedback
• Google Analytics / GA4 (Basic understanding)
• WhatsApp API / Lead automation tools (like Zapier, Pabbly, etc.)
• Shopify / WooCommerce (If applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
