Facebook Ads Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and execute high-impact paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running Facebook & Instagram ads, Google Ads, YouTube promotions, and creating strategies to organically grow social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion tracking.
• Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create engaging content ideas in coordination with the creative team.
• Manage daily posting, performance tracking, and growth on all social platforms.
• Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for management with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams for landing pages, creatives, and email marketing.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Facebook Business Manager & Meta Ads
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & funnel strategy
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing & analytics tools
• Creativity in content promotion and campaign ideation
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)
