Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment). Proficiency in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. Excellent understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, etc.).
