Job Description

Requirements: About the Role We are looking for a Senior Executive Paid Media to join our high-performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on outcomes, not just execution. You will lead multi-platform paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Programmatic channels, driving brand visibility and lead generation for both B2B and B2C clients. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Design and implement paid media strategies aligned to specific business goals (lead gen, traffic, brand recall, account engagement). Craft ABM-led digital strategies using advanced targeting across LinkedIn and programmatic platforms. Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to accelerate ideation, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and campaign insights. Campaign Execution & Optimization Set up and manage campaigns on: LinkedIn (ABM, Lead Gen, Retargeting) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Programmatic platforms (DV360 or equivalent) Utilize GenAI tools to test multiple creative variations, ad copies, and value propositions at scale. ABM Campaign Focus Work with internal and client stakeholders to define Target Account Lists (TALs). Use IP-based targeting, matched audiences, and GenAI-generated personalization strategies to tailor content for decision-makers. Monitor account-level engagement and adapt content dynamically with AI-driven insights. Performance Analytics & Reporting Own and report on performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, in-platform dashboards) alongside GenAI-powered summaries to deliver actionable campaign insights. Collaboration & Client Engagement Coordinate with content, creative, SEO, and web development teams to ensure cross-channel alignment. Present campaign strategies and performance to clients, showcasing how GenAI-driven efficiencies and insights are improving results. Key Skills & Experience 5-10 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Programmatic platforms. Deep experience in running ABM campaigns and targeting high-value enterprise accounts. Strong familiarity with GenAI tools for content generation, A/B testing, and campaign ideation. Experience in both B2B and B2C funnel strategy and messaging frameworks. Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations. Highly analytical and capable of transforming data into insights and actions
