Facade Operation Head

The Facade Operation Head is responsible for leading and managing the complete operations of the facade division, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of facade works in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints. This role involves strategic leadership, project management, resource planning, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership

• Lead the facade operations team, including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and technicians.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee the execution of multiple facade projects simultaneously from design coordination through installation and handover.

Project Management

• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address any delays or issues.
• Ensure facade works comply with design intent, specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.

Technical Oversight

• Provide technical guidance and review engineering designs, fabrication drawings, and installation methods.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee quality control and testing processes for facade systems (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, glazing, etc.).

Team Development

• Hire, train, and mentor operations staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for facade operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to manage expectations and project coordination.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
• Generate regular progress reports for senior management.
• Analyze KPIs and suggest improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
