Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed faade design drawings, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD or similar software. - Create shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and fixing details based on architectural and structural inputs. - Collaborate with project, production, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. - Work on material selection such as ACP, HPL, aluminium, glass, louvers, etc., ensuring suitability, durability, and aesthetics. - Review architectural drawings and suggest technical modifications for faade optimization. - Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for design alignment and technical approvals. - Ensure all faade designs comply with safety, structural, and performance standards. - Participate in client meetings, providing design support for tenders and project presentations. - Maintain records of design revisions, approvals, and technical documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design. - Additional certification in Faade Design or Building Envelope Systems preferred. - Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in faade/exterior design. - Experience working with faade materials like Fundermax, ACP, Aluminium, Glass, and Structural Glazing systems. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
