Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Prepare detailed project schedules (MS Project / Primavera). Review and interpret architectural & shop drawings for façade systems. Technical Requirements Proven expertise in façade systems including: Curtain walls (unitized & semi-unitized) Aluminium doors & windows Structural glazing systems ACP & cladding works Skylights, spider glazing, louvers, sunshades Strong knowledge of façade material properties (aluminium, glass, ACP, sealants, gaskets). Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD). Familiarity with façade testing standards (water tightness, air permeability, structural strength).
