Construction Accountant

As a skilled accountant, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts cycle including bookkeeping, ledgers, trial balance, and finalization. Additionally, you will handle project-wise costing, budgeting, and expense tracking to ensure financial efficiency. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and all statutory filings, as well as coordinating with site teams for expenses and material records. Furthermore, you will prepare MIS reports, share financial insights with management, and liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks as required. Overall, you will take complete responsibility for the company's finances and accounts. - Manage full accounts cycle including bookkeeping, ledgers, trial balance, and finalization - Handle project-wise costing, budgeting, and expense tracking - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and all statutory filings - Coordinate with site teams for expenses and material records - Prepare MIS reports and share financial insights with management - Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks as required - Take complete responsibility for company finances and accounts To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.Com/M.Com/CA (Inter) qualification - 5-10 years of experience in accounts - Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel - Experience in construction, faade, or contracting companies preferred - Knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and finalization - Ability to manage accounts independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Please note that immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time position.
