Job Role:
A Civil Engineer in a builder company is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects like residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Study and understand project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Supervise site work and ensure construction is as per approved plans.
Monitor labor, material usage, and equipment on-site.
Ensure quality control and safety measures at the site.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Estimate quantities of materials and check bills from contractors/vendors.
Resolve technical issues on-site and provide solutions.
Ensure projects are completed within time and budget.
