facade site supervisor

The Façade Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of building façades (curtain wall, cladding, glazing systems, etc.) on construction sites. This role ensures that all façade works are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise façade installation activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and control site progress in accordance with the construction program.
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure correct installation.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to façade installation.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to site planning and coordination.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage and report any discrepancies.
• Liaise with façade design and engineering teams to clarify technical issues.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of façade materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [3-5] years of experience in façade or cladding installation supervision.
• Strong knowledge of various façade systems (e.g., curtain wall, unitized panels, ACP, glass, stone cladding).
• Familiarity with construction drawings and façade installation details.
• Ability to lead a team and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
