Facade Site Supervisor

As a Faade Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation of building faades such as curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems on construction sites. It is crucial to ensure that all faade works are carried out safely, within budget, on time, and meeting the required quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise faade installation activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow. - Monitor and control site progress in accordance with the construction program. - Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure correct installation. - Identify and resolve site issues related to faade installation. - Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project team. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Attend site meetings and contribute to site planning and coordination. - Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of faade materials. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in faade or cladding installation supervision. - Strong knowledge of various faade systems such as curtain wall, unitized panels, ACP, glass, and stone cladding. - Familiarity with construction drawings and faade installation details. - Ability to lead a team and manage subcontractors effectively. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
