Facade Site Supervisor

A facade site supervisor oversees the installation of facade elements, such as curtain walls, cladding, and glazing, to ensure they are executed safely, on time, and to quality specifications. Key responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients, monitoring progress and materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving site issues. This role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage site logistics and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• On-site Supervision:Directly supervise daily facade installation activities, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum works.
• Technical Oversight:Review and interpret technical and architectural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure accurate implementation.
• Quality Control:Monitor the quality of facade elements, ensuring adherence to specifications, industry standards, installation tolerances, and finishing requirements.
• Coordination:Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, QA/QC teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve site issues.
• Health & Safety:Ensure all facade works are carried out in compliance with project and site health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations.
• Progress Monitoring:Track daily site progress, document activities, and report to the Project Manager, highlighting delays, risks, or constraints.
• Material & Logistics Management:Oversee the timely delivery and handling of façade materials, equipment, and components at the site.
• Documentation:Maintain site records, including progress reports, inspection reports, and safety documentation, for project handover.
• Testing & Handover:Support the testing, commissioning, and final snagging of facade works to ensure readiness for client handover.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of facade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, and cladding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
