facade project manager

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation for façade works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review façade drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.

2. Execution & Site Management

• Monitor day-to-day façade installation activities at site.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and machinery are available as per project timeline.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and safety compliance.

3. Technical & Quality Control

• Review structural calculations, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure proper installation of aluminium, glass, ACP, curtain wall, doors/windows, spider glazing, etc.
• Address technical issues and coordinate with design/fabrication teams.

4. Vendor & Client Management

• Liaison with clients, consultants, and façade subcontractors.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Handle approvals, material submissions, and mock-up inspections.

5. Cost & Documentation

• Monitor project budgets, variations, and material consumption.
• Prepare MIS reports, daily/weekly progress reports.
• Maintain all documentation including drawings, QA/QC reports, safety logs, and handover documents.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all façade activities follow safety standards and local construction guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–20 years of experience in façade/civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glazing, curtain wall, and cladding.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
