FACADE MANAGER

• Oversee façade projects from concept design to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments (design, estimation, fabrication, site) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve façade design drawings, material submittals, and structural calculations.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure installation is as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage, track variations, and control material wastage at site.
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project milestones and challenges.
• Manage new project inquiries — maintain an inquiry pipeline and ensure timely response.
• Coordinate with estimation team for preparing and submitting quotations.
• Assist in mock-up coordination, and value engineering proposals.
• Ensure all design and fabrication activities are aligned with project schedules.
• Maintain and update project documentation, correspondence, and approvals.
• Coordinating with the billing team for timely bill submission and resolve any issue which arise from execution part.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems: unitized, semi-unitized, curtain wall, aluminium glazing, ACP, glass, and cladding systems.
• Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings.
• Good understanding of façade materials, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal and external).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and experience handling project costings, quotations, and client negotiations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
