Role Description

1. Façade Draftsman (Min. 3 Years Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate façade shop drawings, details & fabrication drawings.
• Work on unitized, semi-unitized, aluminium, glass railing, and cladding details.
• Coordinate with design & project teams for technical solutions.
• Ensure drawings meet project timelines and quality standards.

2. Façade Project Manager (Min. 5 Years Industry Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead façade projects from planning to handover.
• Manage client coordination, site execution & contractor supervision.
• Monitor project timelines, quality & budgets.
• Resolve on-site technical challenges efficiently.

3. Estimation & Analysis (Min. 5 Years Industry Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs & project budgets for façade works.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings & specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing & material options.
• Support management with cost-effective solutions.

4. Business Development Manager (Min. 5 Years Façade Industry Exposure)

Responsibilities:

• Identify & secure new façade projects and clients.
• Build strong client & consultant relationships.
• Develop and execute sales & business growth strategies.
• Achieve sales targets with a focus on high-value projects.
