We strive to exceed customer expectations through our commitment to excellence and performance Key responsibilities Prepare and revise detailed façade system drawings using AutoCAD, including elevations, sections, and details. Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with the design and engineering teams. Interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare façade layouts and details. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings as per project deadlines. Incorporate client and consultant feedback into revised drawings. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications. Assist in material take-offs and quantity estimation when required. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Minimum 3 years of experience in façade drafting. Strong understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, etc. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes for façade elements. Experience working with aluminum and glass systems. Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
