Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise detailed façade system drawings using AutoCAD, including elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare façade layouts and details.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings as per project deadlines.
• Incorporate client and consultant feedback into revised drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
• Assist in material take-offs and quantity estimation when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in façade drafting.
• Strong understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes for façade elements.
• Experience working with aluminum and glass systems.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
