We're Hiring: Deputy General Manager / Manager – Fabric Sourcing & Development

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 10+ years | Industry: Apparel / Garments (Woven Fabrics)

Are you a seasoned professional in fabric sourcing and development with a passion for premium and bridge-to-luxury garments? We're looking for someone who can drive procurement excellence, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure quality fabric sourcing from global markets.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Source and develop woven fabrics from domestic & international suppliers

✔️ Negotiate prices and delivery schedules

✔️ Ensure quality standards & manage fabric testing

✔️ Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams

✔️ Maintain ERP records and inventory planning

✔️ Troubleshoot sourcing issues and ensure timely deliveries

What we’re looking for:

✅ Bachelor's/Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field

✅ Strong supplier network and market knowledge

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems

✅ Willingness to travel for supplier visits and fabric fairs
