Job Description

You will be a Global Process Owner (AGM) in the Finance & Accounting department, responsible for Intercompany Accounts (IC) role. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Services, you will be based in Noida. As a Global Process Owner, your main objective is to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in F&A processes throughout the organization. Your role will involve implementing best practices, financial accounting principles, and focusing on continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and optimizing intercompany processes in alignment with global policies and best practices - Managing risks associated with intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing and compliance issues - Leading change initiatives related to process updates, system upgrades, and organizational restructuring affecting intercompany activities - Ensuring governance and compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and tax requirements regarding intercompany transactions - Collaborating with stakeholders on intercompany process issues, acting as the subject matter expert, and facilitating communication across regions - Monitoring performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives - Managing ERP systems and tools supporting intercompany processes - Providing training, guidance, and support to regional teams for consistent process execution To be successful in this role, you must have: - Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, HFM, and SAP - 14+ years of Post Qualification experience in Financial Accounting & Process Transformation - Exposure to Automation tools like RPA, BI, VB, etc. - Ability to work in a rapidly changing and high-pressure work environment - Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, excellent leadership, and communication skills - Experience in a global matrix environment and proficiency in MS Office tools - Capability to handle multiple projects, multitask, and meet deadlines Nice-to-have qualifications include: - Working experience in the oil & gas sector or EPC Industry - Six Sigma qualification and Project Management certification - Ability to extract various Dashboards related to project metrics - Strong statistical and analytical skills with a proactive mindset If you meet these essential requirements and are looking for a challenging role that involves process optimization, risk management, governance, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic global environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
