Must be having

experience and experience into hiring ( end to end recruitment)

Experience in Walk in Drive management
.
Must have exp in using different Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment.
Must have experience of hiring FTE/FTR talents.
Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drive management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool.
Must be able to articulate on the ATS used .
