Job Responsibilities (Role-Specific):

Chef De Partie / DCDP (Indian Chaat and snacks, Chinese and continental snacks and dinner items)

• Section/Station Management
• Food Preparation and Cooking
• Quality Control, Quality & Hygiene Compliance
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Coordination with Kitchen and Service Teams
• Equipment and Hygiene Maintenance

Commis / Kitchen Staff:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow chef instructions and SOPs
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of food items
• Equipment & Tools Maintenance
• Inventory & Stock Control

F&B Captain / Steward:

• Guest Service & Satisfaction
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and serve efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally
• Stock Replenishment

Barista:

• Customer Service
• Beverage and Basic Food Preparation (Maggie, Sandwich etc.)
• Counter Management
• Hygiene & Safety

Kitchen Steward:

• Cleaning & Hygiene
• Dishwashing & Equipment Care
• Waste Management
• Stock & Supplies Support
• Compliance & Safety

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Hotel Management Diploma/Certification (preferred)
• Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, cafs, or QSRs (Freshers can apply for entry-level roles)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary:

• CDP / DCDP:

  3 LPA – 4 LPA

• Commis / Kitchen Staff:

  2.5 LPA – 2.8 LPA

• F&B Captain / Steward:

  1.8 LPA – 2.5 LPA

• Barista:

  2 LPA – 2.25 LPA
