Job Title: Industrial Relations Specialist Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance Management: - Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. - Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to address compliance gaps and mitigate risks. 2. Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) includes Contractors and Workmen. - Administer PF and ESI schemes, including registration, contribution calculation, and timely deposit of contributions. - Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and related regulations. - Manage audits of PF and ESI and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise. 3. Statutory Filings and Reporting: - Prepare and submit all required statutory filings, returns, and reports related to PF, ESI, and other labor laws. - Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts and facilitate audits as needed. 4. Labour Law: - Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices align with legal requirements and implement when applicable. 5. Industrial Relations: - Foster positive relations between the company and its employees through effective communication and grievance resolution. - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, working towards timely resolution while maintaining fairness and equity. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law compliance, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge labor laws applicable to the industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
