Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the combined role of Marketing Manager for Food & Beverage and Key Accounts Manager. This position will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our Food & Beverage products while managing and nurturing key accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities Marketing Manager - Food & Beverage: - Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Food & Beverage products to increase brand awareness and market share. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing product lines. - Collaborate with the product development team to create innovative marketing materials, packaging, and promotional content. - Coordinate and participate in trade shows, food festivals, and other promotional events to showcase our products. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results. Key Accounts Manager: - Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and seek to expand the partnership. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key accounts' needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviors. - Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of key accounts. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that arise promptly. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Proven experience in marketing, sales, or account management, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. - Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in marketing software and tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. This job is required 100% traveling to all our site within India
