Job Summary:

VNV Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Shipping Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all domestic and international shipping operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and full compliance with trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all outbound shipments (road/sea/air), including booking, scheduling, and dispatch coordination.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and incoterms for both domestic and export shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues with carriers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and shipping reports for audits and internal reviews.
• Lead and supervise a small team, ensuring smooth coordination and task allocation.
• Contribute to process improvements for logistics efficiency and cost control.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any stream (preferably in Logistics, Commerce, or Business Administration).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics coordination.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/logistics software
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously

Job Details:

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skillset)
• Work Timings: 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
