Responsibilities


Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

International Sales & Business Development


  • Drive

    B2B and corporate sales

    in international markets, identifying new business opportunities in

    LATAM, APAC, GCC, EU, and the Middle East

    .
  • Formulate and implement

    cost-effective sales procedures

    to penetrate global markets.
  • Develop

    marketing and sales strategies

    to enhance brand visibility and consumer preference.


Channel & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead business planning and performance management of

    channel partners

    , including joint sales plans, local area marketing, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with

    sales, marketing, and key stakeholders

    to leverage customer insights and execute

    customer-centric sales strategies

    .
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to

    optimize sales plans and maximize revenue

    .
  1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop

    pre-sales and post-sales strategies

    to ensure sales target achievement and drive business volume.
  • Recognized for delivering

    B2B Enterprise EV market solutions, software, and integrated solutions

    to global customers.
  • Convert business strategies into executable

    action plans

    and ensure seamless implementation.


Digital & Performance Marketing Expertise

  • Leverage

    digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, SMO, Google Local, Facebook)

    to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Expert in

    SFA & DMS systems

    , enabling business portfolios, boosting sales, and expanding distribution networks.
  • Classify different types of businesses by focusing on

    key performance metrics

    to drive market success.


Leadership and Team Management

  • Direct and motivate teams to achieve

    organizational objectives

    and ensure high-performance execution.
  • Host

    constructive meetings

    with stakeholders to assess business progress and optimize operations.
  • Utilize strong

    problem-solving, business acumen, and relationship-building

    skills to drive business growth.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of

    5-8 years

    of progressive experience in Exports of Telecom equipment/ EV SAAS sales etc.
  • Experience in EV, Automotive, or Renewable Energy sectors with a proven track record of international sales.
  • Familiarity with export documentation, global trade regulations, and logistics coordination.
  • Exposure to enterprise software solutions and integrated business strategies.
