Export Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Market Research:
• Identify and generate new international business leads through online research, trade portals, and other sources.
• Perform data minimization to create clean and relevant lead databases.
• Client Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with international clients over email and calls.
• Arrange and track sample courier dispatches, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain professional communication with fluency in English.
• Export Operations Support:
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for sample and commercial dispatches.
• Assist in basic export documentation and filing.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain and update lead tracker, client database, and sample dispatch logs.
• Create and manage reports in MS Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and other tools.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, etc.).
• Strong English communication – both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Understanding of export process and logistics (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
