Location : Noida, India Department : International Sales / Export Division Industry : FMCG / Agri-Food (Makhana, Snacks, Grocery) Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 2–5 Years Reporting To : Export Manager / Director – International Business About Us Pihupari International Pvt Ltd, under the brand Swadikaa , is a growing name in India’s premium food export space. We specialize in healthy snacks like roasted Makhana (foxnuts), aiming to expand our global footprint in USA, UAE, UK, and beyond. Job Summary We are looking for a result-driven Export Sales Executive to support our international growth by identifying potential overseas buyers, closing deals, and managing the entire export cycle — from lead generation to documentation and delivery. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage B2B leads across geographies like the USA, Europe, Middle East, etc. Communicate with international clients, importers, distributors, and retail chains Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and payment terms in line with company targets Prepare export quotations, proforma invoices, and other client-facing documentation Coordinate with logistics teams for shipping, freight, and customs formalities Ensure product compliance with destination country regulations (e.g., US FDA, labeling) Maintain CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports Represent the brand at international expos, virtual fairs, and B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, TradeIndia) Qualifications & Skills Graduate or Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related fields 2–5 years of proven experience in FMCG/Agri/Food product exports Familiarity with export documentation , Incoterms , and shipping procedures Strong English communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in using B2B platforms and basic tools like MS Excel, email marketing, CRM Knowledge of certifications like FSSAI, USFDA, Organic (preferable) Compensation Salary: As per industry standards + Sales Incentives Benefits: International exposure, growth opportunities, and performance bonuses How to Apply Send your CV to swadikaajobs@gmail.com Export Sales Job | Makhana Export | FMCG Export Executive | International Sales | US FDA Export | Healthy Snacks Export | B2B Sales | Food Export Manager | Export Documentation
