Job Summary

Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage B2B leads across geographies like the USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.
• Communicate with international clients, importers, distributors, and retail chains
• Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and payment terms in line with company targets
• Prepare export quotations, proforma invoices, and other client-facing documentation
• Coordinate with logistics teams for shipping, freight, and customs formalities
• Ensure product compliance with destination country regulations (e.g., US FDA, labeling)
• Maintain CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
• Represent the brand at international expos, virtual fairs, and B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, TradeIndia)

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related fields
• 2–5 years of proven experience in

  FMCG/Agri/Food product exports

• Familiarity with

• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using B2B platforms and basic tools like MS Excel, email marketing, CRM
• Knowledge of certifications like FSSAI, USFDA, Organic (preferable)
