Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Executive based in Rajkot. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships, identifying international market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing export documentation, negotiating terms with clients, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring the seamless execution of orders. The Export Sales Executive will also collaborate closely with the logistics team to oversee the timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and compliance
• Knowledge of the mineral industry or relevant industrial materials, such as Bentonite, Kaolin, and other minerals
• Experience in sales, business development, or international markets
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is an advantage
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
