Role Description:


Assistant General Manager/General Manager - Yarn Marketing Export

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for global markets to drive RCIL’s business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities and potential markets, especially in the regions listed, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals.


Market Expansion:

  • Lead efforts to expand the company’s presence in international markets, focusing on high-growth regions such as Africa, Algeria, the Middle East, and others.
  • Implement tactical initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and sales.


Sales Management:

  • Lead the sales team in achieving international sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, address challenges, and ensure continuous improvement in processes.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring long-term partnerships.


Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure effective communication, training, and alignment of team goals with overall business objectives.


Export Documentation & Compliance:

  • Oversee all aspects of export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective export processes.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of the export sales team.
  • Prepare regular updates for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.


Branding & Promotion:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to elevate RCIL’s brand in international markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to organize global trade events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

    Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering

    , or a related field.
  • Posting Location:

    Mumbai
  • 10-15 years

     of experience in 

    yarn marketing

    , international sales, or export management, with at least 

    5 years

     in a leadership position.
  • Strong
