*Job Responsibilities:** 1. Manage end-to-end export merchandising from buyer communication to shipment dispatch. 2. Coordinate with international clients and sourcing agencies for order execution. 3. Prepare and maintain export documents – PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc. 4. Track production, quality, and dispatch schedules to meet committed timelines. 5. Liaise with freight agents, CHA, and government portals for logistics and documentation. 6. Maintain proper records for each buyer, order cycle, samples, and costing. 7. Ensure compliance with global standards, HS Codes, and trade regulations. *Skills Required:* * Excellent English communication (written & verbal). * Knowledge of utensils/kitchenware materials, packaging & finishing standards. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email Drafting, ERP systems. * Practical understanding of international trade documentation & export procedures. * Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams and timelines.
