Export Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue from Export using various channels of resources. (B2C & B2B portals, Exhibitions, online leads, Newspaper Advertisement, Telephone Diary, Magazines etc.) Maintain and check online web portal, checking of inquiries and follow up and finalize the deal with confirmation of directors.
• Generating of Performa Invoice and communicate with the client, Collection of payment from Export Clients and follow-up on time.
• Coordination with export Document executive keep yourself in loop for complaining the to provide the shipment on time.
• Optimal information about new international trade and opportunities collected abroad Enlargement and maintaining of the contacts’ network, trustworthy relationships Up to date business information system showing opportunities and threats.
• Present the organization in exhibitions in PAN India & Abroad.
• Responsible to keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process. Negotiate with the client’s after discuss and concern of the Directors and close the deal.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
• Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods & products, Responsible for negotiate with variety of people, such as shippers, Agents and vendors and expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers by coordinating with Export Document Personnel.

Qualifications

• Master's OR Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing. (

  FMCG

  experience Preferred)
• Strong communication, Analytic market research skills.
